How far is Nachi Cocom Beach Club from the Port?
It’s just 15 minutes away from the Puerta Maya cruise ship terminal and TMM International terminal ( 8 miles) & 20 minutes from the Punta Langosta cruise ship terminal ( 10 miles) & downtown ( 12 miles).
How do we get to your Beach Club?
Transportation to and from the cruise ships’ ports is not included in the Beach Break Reservation.
All taxi services from any of the Cozumel ports are provided by the same association.
You will be able to get a taxi outside of your cruise ship terminal.
Is the transportation included in my package?
No, it is not. Nachicocom does not provide transportation. This service should be arranged and paid for directly by the client.
How much is the Taxi service from the terminal port to Nachi Cocom Beach club?

What time is check-in and check-out?
Open Monday to Saturday. Opening Hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 P.M. (Cozumel Local Time).
Open Sunday . Opening Hours from 10:30 AM TO 6:00 P.M (Cozumel Local Time).
For cruise ship passengers arriving after noon to port, we remain open until 6:30 pm. (Apply for specific cruise ships and days only)
Is Nachi Cocom beach club a loud and funny place?
Absolutely not. The Resort is far away from downtown loud party places and away from the crowds, its privacy and tranquility remain assured. To ensure our guest’s relaxation, privacy, and all-inclusive quality service, the Beach Club is limited to 130 guests daily. We offer limited options of extra activities (snorkel, parasailing, massage & banana boat ride). Safe environment for singles, couples, families, and children.
What happens if it rains?
Nachi Cocom beach club is prepared for all situations. There is plenty of space in our restaurant so there will always be a place to get in out of the rain. Usually, rain showers are hard but short-lived and then it gets sunny.
The area benefits from excellent weather and temperature, which fluctuates between 25 to 35 degrees Celsius, 77 to 95 degrees Fahrenheit
What would happen if my ship does not come to Cozumel?
In the event that your Ship will not be able to visit the Port of Cozumel, your deposit will be 100% refunded (no automatic refunds will proceed, please contact us). please contact us via email to reservations@cozumelnachicocom.com . Please refrain from sending your request for refund to more than one department.
Is there Internet or WiFi access available?
Yes, there is. We have free wireless internet.
Is the swimming pool heated?
No – not in this lovely tropical environment!
Are beach towels provided?
Please bring your cruise ship towels. We do not provide beach towels because we minimize laundry and water usage, to reduce environmental impact. However, if you forget your towel we have some available for the extra cost of $5.00 dollars.
Is the Beach Club suitable for children?
Yes absolutely. The beach is wide with a lot of space to play, however, we do not have a specific program arranged for children. Our Beach Club provides a very good daily cleaning of the beach to assure a pleasant stay for every guest and especially to maintain a safe environment for children; no seagrass and no rocks.
Do you accept groups? Do you limit the number of guests?
All groups are welcome. Nachi Cocom provides a daily limit of 130 guests and an all-inclusive service to ensure our guests, relax, their privacy, and quality service. However, for special events (as weddings, vows renewal, birthdays, anniversaries, baptisms, etc.) it is possible to reserve the entire property. We can accommodate groups of 130 people.

How can I add more people to an existing reservation?
If you want to add more Adults to an existing reservation, please submit a new reservation online for the extra people only, new reservations are subject to availability, we will not do any exception due to our policies is only accept 130 person per day in order to offer you a quality service.
What is the cancellation policy for my reservation?
CANCELATION
Your deposit at the moment of your reservation is non-refundable in case of a cancellation.
REFUND POLICIES
Your deposit at the moment of your booking is non-refundable, however, in the following situations, we will do an exception (none automatic refunds will be processed, please contact us via email to reservations@cozumelnachicocom.com within 15 calendar days after the arrival date booked). Request that not comply with any of the below situations is not subject to refund. Please refrain from sending your request for a refund to more than one department.
1.- In the event that your Ship will not be able to visit the Port of Cozumel, your deposit will be 100% refunded. (Limited to your particular Cruise not visiting the Port during your cruise).
2.- In case of inclement weather. The policy is in effect for Hurricane only, not for lesser impacting storm or rain, and just if the beach club is closed.
3.- Change in ships itinerary. Refund applies only If re-scheduling on a new arrival date is not possible. Refunds do not apply to a change in arrival time to Cozumel port or if the cruise ship changes its itinerary and visit Cozumel Port on an earlier or later date.
Request that not comply with any of the above situations is not subject to refund.
Important:
1.- Only the passenger whose name appears on the beach break reservation can apply for a refund.
2.- Request for a refund will only be accepted within 15 calendar days after the arrival date booked. If the refund applies, It may take up to 3 weeks to be processed. Some refunds would be subject to a refund fee.
3.- Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment, PAYPAL. Cash or checks cannot be issued.
4.- Please include in your refund request the following information: passenger’s name, confirmation number & date of arrival.
Request that does not comply with the above policies is not subject to refund.
NO SHOW PENALTIES
If you do not show for the reserved excursion we will charge the full balance to your credit card. Please note: A $50.00 USD administrative fee will be charged on your credit card for any chargeback of your beach break deposit when ruled in favor of our company by your using bank. If you dispute the deposit charge not recognized a $50.00 USD administrative fee will be charged on your credit card.
What are the reservation polices for my booking?
RESERVATION POLICIES
1.- Beach Break at Nachicocom are reserved “as is” on the date, number of persons confirmed on your email Letter confirmation.
2.- A deposit payment is required at the moment of your reservation and it is non refundable.
3.- Deposits will be automatically processed to guarantee your spot at Nachi Cocom Beach Club. The balance is shown on your letter confirmation and must be paid upon arrival at the beach club, in cash or credit card (Visa or Master Card only).
4.- In case of a group reservation total balance amount has to be paid for one person only, separated payments per person are not accepted.
5.- As of August 01st, 2014 travel checks will not be accepted as a form of payment due to local government regulations.
6.- If you have already a reservation and in case that you want to add more people (16 years and over) to your booking, please submit a new reservation online for extra persons (Subject to availability at the moment of your booking).
